OVERVIEW

The Limitless is considered one of the most powerful techniques in jujutsu sorcery. It allows the user to manipulate the space around them at the atomic level, creating an infinite space between the user and their target. The technique is further enhanced by the Six Eyes, a rare ocular ability that provides the user with perfect control over cursed energy and enhanced visual perception.

This technique was inherited through the Gojo family and is currently wielded by Satoru Gojo, who is considered the strongest jujutsu sorcerer in the modern era due to his mastery of this technique.

MECHANICS

The Limitless technique manipulates the concept of "infinity" by controlling the convergence and divergence of space at the atomic level. This creates various effects that make the user nearly untouchable and incredibly powerful in offensive capabilities.

The fundamental principle of Limitless creates an infinite space between the user and any incoming attack, preventing physical contact.

Passive Defense

The Infinity acts as an automatic barrier that's always active, even when the user is unconscious, creating a powerful defensive capability.

Six Eyes Synergy

When combined with the Six Eyes, the user can minimize cursed energy consumption to nearly zero, allowing for continuous use of this powerful technique.

Space Manipulation

The user can manipulate space in various ways, from creating barriers to altering the distance between objects or people.

APPLICATIONS

Infinity (無限, Mugen)

The default state of the Limitless technique. It creates an infinite space between the user and their surroundings, making it impossible for attacks to reach the user. The technique works by slowing down incoming objects as they approach, essentially creating an asymptotic barrier that cannot be passed.

Purple (紫, Murasaki)

Purple is the ultimate application of the Limitless, created by combining the attractive force of Blue and the repulsive force of Red. This convergence creates an imaginary mass that erases anything it touches from existence, bypassing conventional durability by removing matter entirely.

DOMAIN EXPANSION

Unlimited Void (無量空処, Muryōkūsho)

Unlimited Void is the Domain Expansion of the Limitless technique. When activated, it creates a pocket dimension that forces targets to experience an endless stream of information, paralyzing them by overwhelming their senses with infinite knowledge in a single moment.

Unlike most Domain Expansions which guarantee a hit with the user's technique, Unlimited Void doesn't need a direct attack. The domain itself is the attack, freezing opponents in place through sensory overload. Victims experience everything in the universe simultaneously, rendering them unable to process or react to any information.

LIMITATIONS

Cursed Energy Consumption

Without the Six Eyes, the Limitless technique would require enormous amounts of cursed energy, making it impractical for normal sorcerers to use for extended periods.

Specific Counters

Techniques that can interfere with space or that don't involve physical contact (like cursed speech) may bypass some aspects of the Limitless.

Domain Neutralization

Domain Amplification and Simple Domain techniques can temporarily neutralize the Infinity barrier, creating openings for attacks.

Mental Strain

Continuous use of higher applications like Purple requires intense concentration and can cause mental fatigue over time.
